About Copper and Zoey

**courtesy post** Copper and Zoey need a home where they can settle in and for the first time in their lives finally be safe. This adorable pair were in and out of the Rowan County Animal Shelter three maybe four times last year. We pulled them in December without rescue backing to make sure they would never see the inside of Rowan or any other shelter again. Zoey is deaf and relies on her buddy Copper for guidance. He is probably the reason she is still alive today and wasn't killed on the many occasions they were left running loose before animal control caught them each time. We believe Zoey is 3 and Copper is 5, both are pit mixes, up to date on vaccines, HW negative, on preventatives, microchipped and spayed/neutered. We are desperate to find them a foster home or an adopter looking to love a bonded pair ��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F They have been stuck in boarding for 8 months now ��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD Please help us help them move on to the next chapter of their lives! Both are dog friendly. Copper chases cats, so we believe a home without small dogs or cats would be best. We would love to find a foster home so we can learn more about them and help them find their fur-ever loving family
