About Ollie

Australian Shepherd / Great Pyrenees
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

This is Ollie. A sweet Australian Shepard/Mix (we think Great Pyrenees). We completed e-collar training with Sit Means Sit in Colorado Springs and the training can follow the dog. He really is a good dog. When I hike I don't have to leash him, if I say leave it (wanting to chase a rabbit, he does). I need to re-home him as he is still (7 mo) not taking to the cat and keeping them separated is adding a lot of stress. Ollie is Aussie in every way. He is LITERALLY my Velcro dog now. He is neutered, UTD on shots, micro-chipped. He is very food motivated. He is a big Aussie Mix weighing in at 60+lbs and strong. The Humane Society guessed his age at 6-7 yrs old. He is house trained and doesn't chew, is very chill. I kennel trained him, and he rides great in a car. He is love starved so he likes his attention. He is good with dogs. He bonds quickly to woman and fancy's woman over men. The ideal home will have NO cats, no small kids. An Active, outdoorsy home with a lot of walks/hikes/backpacking, he isn't built for running or mtn biking but he can walk all day, a Fenced yard would be ideal but not necessary as he will want to be where you are. Another dog could be fine they just have to meet to see if they get along. He is A LOT of dog. There will be a re-homing fee and I will be fussy and will want to see the environment he will live in. He is amazing and will make someone a fantastic family member.. call or text if you want to meet or learn more about Ollie. Robin @ 719-649-0121
