About Chico

Hi! My name is Manchito. I am actually a 3 yo Boerboel. I am dog friendly, people, including kids, friendly, and can do well with cats. I am also very ball friendly, though my foster family has this cool toy called a Goughnut that I love! I am learning, though I can be a bit stubborn, to have control over my impulses to rush out the door or grab a ball. I will need a home that understands impulse control so that no one just grabs my toy or forgets about opening the door when I'm there because I forget how big I am. Right now, I do play a fun game where I leave the Goughnut and run down the stairs and wait so you can throw it for me. I am learning to sit before the door will open for me. I know I have to be sitting for my food dish to be put down too. I do well living alongside the females and male dogs at my foster home. I am cool and collect on walks and even meeting others while on those walks. I like car rides because I get to see more people that way. And, I'm still cool and collect at the pet store! I am loyal to my foster mom and dad because I know they love me and take care of me so you know that will happen with my new forever loving home. I very rarely bark, but I do use my wiggle butt like crazy. I am a big goofy, affectionate, intelligent young boy.
