Ghost is about a year and a half old. He is a Catahoula mix. He is a sweet boy but very much still a puppy. He is housebroken but he does still chew - according to his prior family he would chew on anything including the kids toys and it wasn't fair to the kids. Our guess on part of that is lack of exercise - a tired dog is a good dog. A Catahoula has lots of energy and needs a way to get that energy out. He will need some training to learn what is acceptable to chew on and what is not. He is neutered and his shots are all current. He is also micro-chipped and ready to go home. He is at the shelter so he can have visitors. He is a good sized boy at over 60 lbs. and is very strong. Seems to get along with everyone. Needs to be the only animal in the home. There is a possibility of another large dog in the home but would have to make sure prior to being adopted. High prey drive - no small animals. If you are interested in this boy, please go to our website and fill out an adoption application - you will find that at www.patriotsforpets.com His adoption fee will be $150.00.
