About Petra

Meet Petra! Petra is a puggle and estimated to be around 8 years old. We were contacted by our vet after Petra's previous owner dropped her off stating she had cancer and wanted her euthanized. Our vet checked her out and found a fatty tumor but no other health concerns. They gave us a call and we of course said we would take her on. It seemed Petra did not have much socialization prior to joining us. Since arriving she has learned to play and interact with other dogs. She is dog and cat friendly, but she does not like dogs with hyper, puppy energy. She will coexist with them but prefers calmer, mature dogs. She is not a morning dog and loves to sleep, yet she is still very active when she is awake. She loves to run and play around. Petra loves to snuggle and she would do fine around children that know how to act around and respect dogs. Petra is spayed and up to date on vaccines. She is house and crate trained. She is dog and cat friendly. Good with kids that know how to act around and respect dogs. Interested in this dog/cat?
