About Luke

Luke was born on March 10, 2018, one of 10 pups, and currently fostered in Melbourne, FL (Brevard County). His mother is a large mixed perhaps Catahoula x border collie who was rescued from a shelter while pregnant. The puppies were born in and have been raised in foster care. Luke has a sweet and calm disposition. If he is anything like his mom, he may grow to be 60-70 lbs. His brown fur is slightly tinged with black. He has a black muzzle but the rest of him is almost an auburn brown. He enjoys attention and being held. He loves to play tug, and run with his litter mates. He will do well in a home with lots of exercise. Luke is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines and preventives, and microchipped. He will go home with a neuter contract - he will need to be neutered at 6 months of age, after which when proof is submitted to rescue, $50 of his adoption donation can be refunded.
