About Nash

Nash is available for foster or adoption. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Nash is currently fostered in Dade City, FL (Pasco County). Nash is a handsome, 1-year-old blue heeler of 28 lbs. He is an average energy boy for his age and breed, and loves to play in the kiddie pool. He walks nicely on lead and rides well in the car. He loves people, but cats are a no-no. He enjoys cuddling with his people and playing with dogs of a similar energy level. He does fine with dogs of all ages and sizes, but does tend to guard resources against other male dogs, which can be worked with. He exhibits some barrier reactivity when crated. He definitely could use socialization and obedience training, as any young dog would. Nash is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped and heartworm negative.
