About Carmen

Carmen is available for foster or adoption! We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for fosters! Carmen is currently fostered in Lakeland, FL (Polk County). Everyone meet Carmen! She is a big sweet girl who is house trained and crate trained. She loves belly rubs and to greet new people with a quick hello. She is good with kids both young and old. She lights up when she sees them then prefers to hang out with them rather than play rough with the dogs. She is good with other dogs, no issues with cats, and low energy. She gets along with dogs of all sizes but she will shy away from a highly active, in-your-face dog. She is a perfect family dog just 3 years old. Carmen likes to ride in the car and will be your best lounging on the patio gal. She is a good dog to take around town and go places with. She is easygoing and walks well on a leash. Once she settles in with you she will greet you with a smile in the morning. She is pretty much a rescue gem, just ask her foster mom. Carmen is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, and heartworm negative.
