About Skittles

We are a foster-based rescue organization with foster homes throughout the state of Florida. We predominantly save dogs from municipal shelters throughout the Southeastern U.S. Our rescue dogs live in foster homes - there is no central facility. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Skittles is currently fostered in Dade City, FL (Pasco County). Skittles is a young adult heeler mix who came from a hoarding case. She has been in rescue since she was 1.5 years learning how to be a dog, and is a total sweetheart who loves belly rubs. She will need a rescue-savvy adopter who can continue her progress, and will give all her love in return! She is great with dogs; cats and kids are unknown. Skittles is housebroken, crate trained, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, preventives and heartworm negative, and microchipped.
