My name is SadieBelle and I'm a 1 year and half old Bluetick Coonhound that was born to hunt. However my hunting career was short lived, see my owner bought me to hunt and was doing some serious training but he didn't get the door on the dogbox secured. I didn't like riding in that ole box so I jumped out while he was doing about 70 down the interstate. Well that wasn't my finest moment for sure and it really hurt because I broke my leg. Thankfully some nice lady stopped and picked me up and got me to the rescue and the vet. My leg was really bad and the vet just wasn't able to fix it so it had to go. Now don't feel too sorry for me because I sure don't feel sorry for myself. I can run,play, give kisses and snuggle just like all the other dogs. I can also bark, yeah I really like to talk. I'm also very friendly and love people. I'm good with everyone including kids, other dogs and even do okay with those pesky ole kitties. I'm active and love to go for walks. I probably wouldn't do too good on long distance walks or serious hiking as I do get tired a bit faster than other dogs. I like to ride in the car but hate the getting in part. Guess my accident kinda scared me a little. I'm getting better and my foster mom doesn't have to help me as much now. I'm looking for my forever home where I can just be loved and cherished for the wonderful loving girl that I am and not have to worry about hunting those nasty ole coons. Are you my new family?
