Kintamani you say. I've never heard of a Kintamani dog before you say. Yes it's true! This is because Snowy is most probably the first Kintamani Dog to land in California! Here's what we recommend. Type Kintamani Dog into Google & you'll have a lot of your questions answered! Snowy landed in sunny California about three weeks ago. His story is one of a warrior & he certainly holds himself as a King even though he's a rescue dog. Snowy was placed on the international adoption list by his initial rescuer (who is also enjoying the sunny weather of California), because he suffers from a skin condition that was so far gone, it was difficult to fully heal him due to the level of humidity & dampness of his homeland air. His initial rescuer decided the only chance for a full recovery is to completely change his surroundings. Well. We can say - what a chance because in three weeks, we've seen drastic improvement with his skin & hair! Snowy still needs a little weekly tender loving care with his skin however his treatment is not as rigid as it was back in his homeland! Yay go Snowy! Since landing in California we've observed that Snowy really enjoys it here. It was a tough first week due to the multitude of changes he went through so his transition was a little difficult however, being the wise old soul that he is - he figured things out on his own & has currently settled into a routine of 2 daily walks & napping away on the couch with four other dogs in the same house. Here's more info on our wise old soul: Current: Fully vaccinated Neutered Wormed Tick & flea treated Kennel Cough vaccinated Microchipped About Snowy: 5 - 7 year old senior Super chilled Independent Loves to nap Loves to walk (albeit slow) Super smart Prefers female dogs Dominant Leash trained Bath trained (although he'll complain at first) Food trained Foster/Adoption Conditions: %9D House check %9D Fully fenced house %9D Life time commitment %9D No large male dogs %9D No cats %9D 2 - 4 weeks transition time %9D Transition training %9D Experience with dogs Obviously there's more information that comes attached with Snowy. The foster/adopt conditions are of great importance for Snowy so please only contact if you believe you can commit & tick all the boxes.
