Lady was originally a stray found in in North Philadelphia walking down the street wagging her tail. We took her in and fell in love -- she is sweet and more cuddly than any other dog I know. She is always happy to see you, loves belly rubs more than anything in the world, and -- unlike any other dog I know -- won't even think about eating food you've left out at her level when you leave the room. Since she's lived with us, I've taught her basic commands (sit, down, stay, etc.) as well as a few more complex ones (like roll over). We are seeking help in finding her a good forever home and are prepared to assist in that process however possible. Lady doesn't get along well with the other dog who already lived in the house, so it's our priority to find her a loving home with someone who can give her the attention she deserves. Lady takes very well to training (I taught her 'roll over' myself) and would do well with an experienced adopter who will can project confidence and be assertive with her. In a home where she feels safe and loved, she will thrive and give back endless love.
