Even though she lived on what she could scavenge from trash, Lucy is an energetic and adorable pup just looking for a family or rescue to claim her. Look at that smile! And you should see her when she has the zoomies! She might be short but she's fast. Lucy is probably right at 3 months old or so. No real guess on breeds but if forced? Maybe a beagle, jack russell, and lab mix. She is a one of a kind cutie.
