About NALA

Nala is a red merle Catahoula/Husky mix, about 14 mos. of age, 53 pounds. She is fully vetted, heartworm negative and on preventative. Because of her breeds, Nala needs an experienced dog owner -- someone who is active, committed and wants to spend the time and energy on their best friend. We prefer Nala be the only pet -- however there might be a consideration for another dog. I have witnessed Nala's behavior around young children (not toddlers) and she has been extremely loving. Nala was abandoned on a county road and stayed there for 2 days. She has not had the proper socialization. We are working on house manners. She takes walks every day and does fairly well at this point. She also does love to go in the car with you.
