Sweet, beautiful Mona (DOB 2010) was surrendered by her owners to one of the local shelters. The shelter contacted FCCR due to the medical needs (ear issues) of this brown cocker girl. Her previous owner never attended to her ears and as a result she is deaf - however that doesn't stop Mona from playing, cuddling, and just being a fun pup to have around. This bundle of sweetness just wants to be loved and be around her human. She gets along with both dogs and cats and is housetrained too.
