Meet Ernie. This handsome mixed breed boy has grown up with his dad and because of this, he is looking for a new home. Ernie and his dad do not get along and have to be kept separated much of the time in the current home. The family has tried many things and love them both dearly, but it just isn't working. Ernie is larger than his dad and is a 3 year old mix of Boxer, Boston Terrier, and Pit mix. He weighs about 50 pounds and is a very compact medium size. Ernie is house trained and crate trained. He gets along with children well and is very friendly. He has no issues with strangers. Ernie gets along with a small poodle and cats in the home. His only issue has been with his dad. Ernie walks well on leash and rides well in the car. Ernie is neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
