Update: Roscoe3 was just groomed, and he is now the handsome boy you see here! Roscoe 3 came from animal services on the east coast. Right now he is a hot mess. When he gets groomed, he will be adorable. He appears to be a Shih Tzu mix. He is about 6 years old. He is heartworm positive and has already started his treatment. He is friendly and easy going. He needs a home without young children. He says, don't judge him by his current picture. He may not look that good on the outside right now (but wait, he will soon), but on the inside he is a lovable, handsome boy. He says, 'give me a chance and i will be a loyal, lovable companion'.
