I adopted Hope from North Shore Animal League 5 years ago when she was a puppy (approx. 4 months old). I was told that they found her beaten and floating down a river in Texas with other puppies. I have sent her to a trainer for 2 weeks of intense training at 2 separate occasions but has always been a little sketchy with other animals (we have had other dogs & cats) I have 2 children ages 12 & 10 & a 5 month old. She has always been good with her family. Barks at people at the door or walking by. For the past 8 months she has had a growth getting larger on her ear. We brought her to the vet and the estimate to have it removed is something we cannot afford with expecting another baby. Hope would flourish in a home with someone who can offer her their undivided attention and who can give her the medical treatment she needs and deserves. I have tried everything to figure out how I can help her but have exhausted all my resources. This will truly be heartbreaking but she deserves to be helped. Please help give my girl a chance.
