Sheba is a 3.5 year old sable GSD living in a basement of a house that is under construction. Owner is not able to provide proper time, care, food, or vetting. Sheba was never properly socialized as a puppy and spent most of her life in a basement and backyard. Since September, Sheba's neighbor (myself) has been walking her daily and socializing her as much as possible. She's currently comfortable but deserves to live in a loving home and not a basement by herself.
