About Zorro

*ZORRO IS IN URGENT NEED OF A NEW FOSTER HOME* Zorro is currently fostered in Miramar, FL (Broward County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families. Zorro was a Miami-Dade Animal Services rescue and has come a long way in rescue! He is an approximately 10-year-old Australian cattle dog who weighs around 30 lbs and is currently on a diet. He is a total sweetheart who deserves a loving home with someone who appreciates him. He is great with humans of all ages, and loves children. It is with great sadness that we report we are only seeking a home for him at this time where he is an only animal. In a previous life he was fine with dogs smaller than him as well as cats, but we do not want to push the limits as he is currently very stressed in his current foster home, which has lots if other animals. Zorro loves to play ball, go for walks, and of course get loads of attention! He is housebroken and overall just a really nice boy. As a senior dog, Zorro is available through our Seniors for Seniors program. His standard adoption donation is $250, but he can be adopted by a senior 65+ for $150. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
