Hi, I was wondering if you guys take in rescued dogs? I currently have 8 rescue dogs. 7 of which are my precious babies. 1 whom I found injured and wondering in the rain near my husbands place of business. He was about 6-8 months when I found him. I am almost certain he escaped from some terrible people. His injures were not life threating, more like bites and an injured foot. He is a very big dog. I took him with hopes of rehoming him. I just can't handle one more. He doesn't fit my other dogs or cats very well. He has fought with my Labrador and even though he wags his tail when he sees my Pomeranian, I believe he would try to play but the result wouldn't be good. I wish with all my heart I could keep him. He is just a sweetheart. I've never seen a dog that just loved to play and plays by himself with all his toys as he does. He is also quite beautiful. He reminds me of a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. I have spent approximately $600.00 on him including neutering and all his shots, even his flu vaccine. LOL My wish is that I could find a big burly guy with a heart of gold with no other dogs. That would be perfect for him and I know he would be loyal to the end to his human. I was just wondering if you know of anyone or a foster home for him? I have tried a few others but they couldn't help. My urgency now is my husband is having health problems and is having several test next week and my time with my animals is already not enough. Everyday I look at 'Morty' and I have to feed him pat him on the head and say goodbye and the way he looks at me absolutely breaks my heart. He needs someone so bad. Before my husband started having health problems, he was teaching him to heel and it was just amazing. If you can help or direct me in anyway, I would greatly appreciate it.
