Not sure why my name is Lucky....I haven't had any luck at all....my owners surrendered me for unknown reasons and if that wasn't bad enough, wait for it.......you guessed it...I'm heartworm positive. I have to be hopeful and believe my name is Lucky because soon I will find my forever home even though I'm not perfect. I am a 2 yr old spayed female Shep mix and I weigh 45 lbs. Other than my heartworms I really am perfect. I love other dogs, I have been around children and enjoy them too! I couldn't be more perfect on a leash, I'm quiet and very gentle. Please don't let heartworms scare you....the Friends group will help have me treated once I'm adopted! I'm available now!
