About Baxter

Baxter is a 4.5 year old shihtzu mix who is looking for his loving forever family. Baxter came to us because his family was moving and sadly Baxter could not go with them. Baxter is a very friendly and outgoing boy who will make a wonderful addition to his lucky family. Baxter has previously lived with children as young as 2 and done great with them. Baxter is also great with small to medium dogs, but we are unsure about how he does with cats. Baxter is a very well mannered boy who is both house broken and doggy door trained. He loves to go for walks and car rides, and he looks forward to lots of trips and walks with his new family. Baxter is a playful boy who needs an active home. He loves to run and play with other dogs, so he would love another dog in the home, or at least play dates with other pups. Baxter also loves to play with toys, but especially balls and rope toys are his fave! Baxter weighs in at 18 pounds and is full of affection for his new family. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. He comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit as well. His adoption fee is $300. You can meet him at our location Tues-Sun 11am to 6pm at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021. Please bring any current dogs or children in the home to make sure it is a good fit.
