Meet Ruslan: He URGENTLY needs a home. Gender: male Age: born in 2013 year (5 years old) Vaccinated, not neutered but if desired we will do this before adopted . About 60 sm and 35 kg CHARACTER Very friendly, warm, communicable. When tethered, barks at strangers. Without being tied up very friendly even with strangers. Loves ear scratches, pets and hugs. Good with female dogs, with males he is dominant. With cats we do not know. He has very sad puppy-hood. He was found when we was only a couple months old in a garbage, tied in a plastic bag. His ears and tail cut to look like a pure breed fighting dog but probably because he did not sell, they threw him away in a garbage. He was found by car parking garage workers and was taken in but he lives outside chained up :( Now at this place the city will be building a metro stop and parking will be liquidated, every worker is leaving, Ruslan has no place to go. Urgently needs home :(
