Please call. Just two years ago, Rupert thought he had it all. HIs adoptive family had rescued him as a puppy from a 'kill shelter' in Texas, and in return, he vowed to love them (Mom, Dad, two little girls and four cats) with every bit of love and devotion within him. And he's done just that. Sadly, the grown ups in Rupert's life are addicts. Although they love him, they have subjected him to so much chaos within the home -- which they are now losing due to their lifestyle. I cannot overstate how sweet and outwardly affectionate, calm and grateful Rupert is. He requires so little, but deserves so much more. He is going to miss the little girls from his family (they are being taken in by other family members) and is in imminent danger of finding himself in another kill shelter - only this time as an adult who is far more likely to be euthanized upon arrival. Please, please consider saving Rupert. His (addicted) mother is my sister. She has asked me to facilitate finding him a new home. You will not need to be in communication with her whatsoever. I can deliver Rupert throughout most of central and Northern California.
