Adorable 7 pound Rosie was found wandering and remarkably never claimed at the shelter. Rosie is about 5 years old and was clearly cared for. She is healthy, heartworm negative, good with cats, loves to sit on your lap and ran around happily with other dogs while waiting for her vaccines.
