Smile! It's Kevin! Immediately a staff and volunteer favorite, this luxurious black kitty is just the epitome of sunshine - he's so friendly, affectionate, and tolerant that even the hardest heart will melt upon meeting him. Kevin first arrived at ACL when a Good Samaritan found him barely alive in the middle of the road. We didn't think Kevin would make it - he was emaciated, injured, and clinging to life. But make it he did! Not only did he survive - he thrived! With the help of a committed foster family, Kevin got lots of love while he recuperated...and he gave lots of love back! Kevin was adopted briefly into a home that couldn't provide him with the care he deserves. He's one of the coolest cats around, and he'll do great in an active, loving home with kids of all ages. He'll do well with other cats and probably even the right dog! There's not much our Kevin can't handle! Kevin has tested positive for FIV. Kevin can still live a long, normal, happy life as long as he receives normal medical care and gets to be an inside kitty for ever.
