Coda has a joyful zest for life and loves adult companionship and lots of running room. Kennel confinement is very hard on Coda and at times he cannot bear it and will lift his head to voice the mournful call of the wild so characteristic of this breed. Coda is selective as to the dogs with whom he is compatible. He is not receptive to young children nor is he cat friendly. He can be left alone indoors without any destructive behaviors. He is housebroken. He is well mannered and walks beautifully on a leash. Coda is 6-1/2 yrs old and weighs 48 pounds. He will only be adopted to a home with secure fencing in place at the time of the adoption. Adoption fee $100. Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter which provides quality care, spay/neuter-all vaccines, deworming, vet exam, standard disease testing and for dogs-monthly heart worm prevention treatment. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Resident animals are primarily owner relinquished and also accepted from local Animal Control.
