About Dixie

Dixie is the sweetest 10 year old Pitty. She loves to play with her toys and go for walk... but not for too long! Her favorite thing to do is take naps! She has the cutest old lady snore ever! Dixie has never met a stranger as far as people go. She is easy going with any people that come into the house, especially if they might give her people food as treats!! She is house trained and stays on her pillow when we are working around the house. She doesn't like the crate, but does really well being shut into a room or the garage when we leave the house. Dixie didn't do well with our trip to the dog park and was aggressive when strange dogs approached her. She needs to be well supervised whenever there's a chance she'll meet up with a small dog. We have not had the chance to purposefully socialize her, but I think she could do better with some training as she trains easily.
