About Ellie

This little bundle of love is looking for the right home! Ellie is a gorgeous, charming girl with a small stature and an incredibly big personality. At one year old, this little cat is still incredibly kittenish and will impress anyone with her daring feats of acrobatics during playtime. Despite her wild streak, she also loves nothing more than to be around people, and will follow you from room to room, always resting nearby and leaping into your arms or lap to cuddle whenever given the chance. She has a loud, sweet purr and loves to trill to announce her presence in a room! Ellie has had two previous familial situations that did not work out, and is looking for the right owner who can handle her occasional mischief. Though she is very bold and curious, she needs to be gradually eased into her new home so that she doesn't get overstimulated, preferably kept in a closed 'safe' room for a week while letting her ease into the new space. As a former stray, she has a few bad manners, and needs to be discouraged from thinking that hands are toys, or swatting when she's tired of being pet. At such a young age and with so much love to give, Ellie will be a wonderful future companion for an owner who will be as devoted to her as she is to them!
