About George

We have had George since he was a puppy. My husband saw him at a flea market and had to have him. He is a purebred and we do have papers on him. He is now 3 years old. He likes to run outside (when it's not too hot) and loves his belly scratched. He seems to be nervous when some people want to pet him. He does tend to be a dominant dog, he's never attacked another dog but he does bark a lot at other male dogs. We have another female dog and he gets along great with her. Lately we have noticed he is starting to growl at kids. We have a baby now and this is why think it's important for us to rehome him. We would like to find him a loving home that he can feel comfortable with. He is house broken, 170 pounds, he does drool at times, he is considered a short hair Bernard.
