Meet Elmira (Animal Id :A630606). Elmira can be adopted or fostered through PACC. She is a calm 6 year-old who is a very sweet girl but not doing well in the stressful shelter environment. She is slow moving and appears to be despondent. She is suffering from hypothyroidism, edema and hairloss (not contagious at all) and really just wants a nice quiet home to relax in. Elmira did bite once during a medical procedure (after all, vets can be scary!) She is will need placement with an adopter or foster by April 27th at 7pm. If you foster, PACC covers all expenses.
