About Simon

Simon is a Peekachu boy...A blend of Pekingese, Chihuahua and Terrier. He came to us with his sister Shannon, who has since been adopted.. Simon is a real lover boy once he gets to know you , and it will take him perhaps (30 minutes or less), and then he is your best friend. He was neutered and at that time he weighed in at 18.6 lbs. He does fine with other dogs, but Simon would prefer to be the one and only canine and in a quiet home. Great walking partner and car passenger. He just ignores the cats in the foster home. He is 1 years old as of 1/30/18, and is one of the cutest boys you will encounter. House trained, neutered and up to date on shots along with micro-chipped. We do not think he would be a good candidate with small children. Perhaps someone that is more inclined to working with a dog that has a bad habit of growling at new people that come close to him and his family. He has never bitten, but it is a habit that he has (example: you are sitting with him on the couch and someone comes over by you...he growls at them). He has never bit any one, but it is a behavior that needs correcting, perhaps in a training class or a experienced person? Simon's adoption fee is $250.00 If you are interested in Simon, PLEASE complete a application. Once an application is received, it will go in that dogs file for review.
