About Shelby

All dogs are located in foster homes in Southern Arizona. Please contact Carrie to arrange meet and greets. Shelby is a sweet Purebred German Shepherd who has had a rough life. Shelby is only 4 years old and she is very affectionate and loves her people. She is by her foster mom's side, helping with chores and while she works at the computer. SHELBY HAS HAD HER AMPUTATION, SHE IS HEALED AND READY FOR HER NEW LIFE. Since Shelby is smaller, 50 some pounds, she has had a great recovery and gets around very well. This is an old injury that no one treated, they just let her be, it probably could have been saved with a trip to the vet after the accident, but they never bothered. Shelby came to us as a stray, he is underweight and obviously has not been brushed for a long time. She is safe now, but she would love to be in a loving home that will keep her safe forever.
