About Callie

Callie is sweet, but a little apprehensive at times. She will let us pet her, but not pick her up. She has come a long way in six months, though, so in the right home, I believe she will become sweeter and more affectionate. Over the winter, she began preferring being indoors, which was fine, because it's safer, but then she began freaking out over our one male cat. She will not tolerate him, and he 'came first', thus this appeal for her new home. If not for that one problem, she would have her forever home with us. It is possible that our male cat is the only one with whom she has a problem, but we don't know that for sure. She is very playful with our female cats (and with a dangling string!) She just needs another 'Mom' that loves her and will be patient. Thanks for looking!
