About Jax

This boy is just Beautiful and the sweetest boy, this is JAX an awesome purebred Weimaraner Jax is a small boy approx 57lbs, he is 6 yrs old, and has beautiful Weimy features he is blessed with beautiful soulful eyes that just want to please If you are a Weimaraner Owner, and want a boy that needs you as much as you need him this is your boy, Jax`s Story )))) This little Weimy boy has not had the best of life, We took him into our program he was living in a truck with his homeless daddy, He would be left in the truck for several hours, We took Jax after an advocate reached out to us, He was taken to the vet for a check up surgery vaccinations and a bath, Jax today looks fabulous after getting so much TLC in his foster home we also recently did a dental clean on him, Jax was nervous and confused when he came into us after being in close proximity to his daddy he had lost his person, He is a calm boy now and we are searching for a Weimaraner family that understands our breed and their needs that is essential. Jax listens well and knows some commands he is the sweetest boy and is just looking for his special person that will love him and has time to invest in him. Jax needs love commitment stability and routine he is a little boy that is so eager to please. We are searching for a Weimaraner home preferably with not another dog Jax is not a pack dog he is a person dog. We have found that he is intimidated with dogs of his size or larger than him, He did have a beagle companion in his truck and he appears to do well with a 40lb dog at his foster home but I would say he would do much better being an only dog with a lot of human interaction he is most definitely a person boy he loves to snuggle and give kisses, Jax loves to run and play He loves to snuggle on the sofa with you and will just soak up all the love, Jax has all the weimy traits and loves to sleep on your bed for cuddles, so if you don't allow a Weim on your furniture Jax is not the boy for you. Jax does need some leash manners he obviously has not been taken for many walks but despite the fact he lived in a truck for many years he adores car rides and is excellent in the car We are looking for a wonderful home for Jax a home that will give him love stability and security he needs, Jax will excel in a forever home with one to one attention,Like most Weimies he loves to be around humans and will follow you around,We are looking for a Weim family that dosent crate and preferably someone that is home most of the day we want someone that has time to invest in him. Jax is perfectly fine to leave in the house he dosent destroy anything and does not need to be crated he would not like to be confined We are looking for a forever home that will cherish him and love him as much as we do, A family that is really stable and can give him that forever home that means forever we don't ever want to see this boy back in rescue. A home with a fenced in yard or acreage or pool lanai where he can run and play and relax is essential. NO CATS or small Dogs for Jax like most Weimaraners he has a prey drive and loves chasing the squirrels and wildlife, A quieter home would be good for Jax no small children Jax is housebroken he is neutered, micro chipped Heart Worm Negative and current on monthly preventative, To adopt Jax it is a long term commitment a commitment that will bring you great joy Could you be the one to open up your heart and home, and make jax`s life complete if so you will be rewarded with a wonderful , loyal faithful friend that will bring you endless hours of pleasure.
