About Sal

Sal is a very sweet adult dog. He has been my companion for four of his five years. We have had dogs and kids around frequently that he has been sweet with. Unfortunately, after a month of living with my partner and their dogs, Sal pounced and bit one of our smaller dogs. He has always done well with all dogs, this was a reaction we can't risk again. Sal is recommended to a home with no small dogs or or children under 13. I haven't been able to find a shelter that will accept him without the chance of euthanasia. He is a loyal companion, he loves to play and cuddle! Sal is sweet as can be and does play well at the dog park and in social environments.
