Extremely Urgent! Dover needs a foster or adopter so his life will be spared. He is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Dover is a happy dog with a huge smile and a tail that is constantly wagging. He likes affection and knows the sit command. He needs an adopter who will invest in him and he will be forever grateful. Please save his life before it's too late. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
