About Chelsea

I have to re-home my dog. Chelsea is an 8 year old Australian Cattle Dog. She was adopted from the ASPCA in SF when she was a 6 month old pup. She walked right up to me and sat in my lap, and the rest is history. She's very active and smart, easy to train, hallmarks for her breed. We've had a walker take her out every weekday while we're at work, so she's used to getting lots of exercise, with a group of other dogs. Vet visit records are on file and vaccinations are up to date. She is a bit timid at times, and has a weird thing about doors - at first it took some effort to get her through doorways, and even now she won't push a door open with her muzzle like most other dogs do. We figured there may have been something off with her care before she arrived in SF. Other than that, she has pretty normal behavior for her breed. Chelsea has never bitten anyone. She isn't great with kids, (she will back away from them) although she is finally starting to bond with my 3 year old. Besides, she is a great, happy, loving dog. I'll miss my morning wakeups.
