About Pepper

Pepper is a very sweet girl who loves to cuddle on the couch, go for walks where she'll always remind you to stop and smell the flowers, and play with her toys. She weighs ~50lbs, is fully house trained, and knows her basic commands, and will show these off for a treat! She is good with kids, and women, but can have issues with men who come to her home (eg, guests, delivery people). Pepper has lived in a loving home with 2 cats, but sadly her current owners cannot keep her. Pepper slipped out of her collar (she is usually walked with a harness) and had an altercation with another dog; both dogs had only minor injuries, but the stress of dealing with this has exacerbated her owners anxiety issues, and they no longer feel they can provide her adequate care.
