REDUCED ADOPTION FEE! Meet Cleveland! Cleveland is a 1yr old fox/rat terrier mix (not neutered) who is finally getting to be a pup and is looking for his fur-ever home. Cleveland came to us as a breeder release and has recently mastered stairs and is catching on quickly to housebreaking. He is still a bit skittish but warms up quickly when you rub behind his ears.
