About Riley

Meet Riley. This boy comes from the Downey Shelter where he has been living these past few months. Riley is 6 years old, neutered and up to date on all of his shots. Riley is a Red Nose American Staffordshire Terrier mix, we think with a Hound. He is sweet, loving and a great pup. He had been in playgroup at the shelter without any problems until one day, they had a puppy go into playgroup and Riley went after the puppy. We never know the full story, so we are not sure why on this day he was not feeling the puppy. Riley does great with the females who have a lower energy. We always ask for a slow introduction and to bring your pup to meet Riley if you are interested in adopting him. Riley is about 50 pounds, muscular, but thin. He is a total love, our volunteers love to walk him.
