Gary and Queenie are biological litter-mates and have been the soul of our household for 15 years. Due to employment relocation circumstances (we feel such a big move would just be too traumatizing for them at their age), we need to find a loving person or couple to cherish them for the duration of their twilight years. Gary is a large, sweet, silly, and playful black & white cat whom we affectionately call 'The Linebacker.' Aside from seasonal allergies, he is in excellent health and requires no medication or special care. He loves his 'spankings', his grooming brush, and is (clearly) a good eater. Gary likes to play with stringed toys, and has served as 'the greeter' in our household since he was a kitten. He enjoys being the first to answer the door and greet incoming guests to make them feel welcome. He is quite vocal and will never let you forget when it's feeding time (a.m./p.m.). With Gary, you will no longer need an alarm clock. He loves to 'make pizza' on soft blankets and has quite a resounding purr. He and his sister, Queenie, love to sun-bathe, listen for birds, and their daily snuggles. These two cats are pair-bonded and have never been apart. While both of the cats are highly social with us, we suspect it will take a little time (and patience) for them to adjust to a new household as they both have sensitive temperaments. They are strictly indoor cats, but are allowed SUPERVISED patio time. They love to sniff outside and roll around on the patio. Since these kitties are older, they would be perfect companions for older people, or a person(s) who cannot invest many years in a younger animal. They come with their favorite cat trees, toys, and cat supplies to get you started. %90 %90 %90 Thank you so much for considering Gary & Queenie.
