Found roaming the streets of South Bend, IN with a broken chain around her neck. Super great disposition and loving. Lays at my feet when I'm sitting. Very beautiful dog. Needs to be spayed. She will make someone a super good dog. May have Catltle dog in her? But her markings are exactly like the Kelpie. Fenced yard required. I can not keep her as my own dogs are not dog friendly.
