Gizmo Bichon mix 7 months 8.9 lbs Poor Gizmo, how could this little face be adopted from the shelter in CA, then turn around and be re-dumped all over again? How, does this happen to a 7 month old adorable baby? Gizmo is a normal, full of life, love, and energy puppy. He loves to be with other dogs and play, so he must go to a forever home where there are other dogs present in the home only. He will definitely need work on his puppy manners, so someone who is willing to work with him and give him his forever home as this little man has already been through enough. A few words from his current foster home: He's very playful affectionate and eager to please. Big personality in a little package. He likes other dogs but is a little unsure of aggressive play. Curious of cats but doesn't bother them. He's smart and food motivated so should do well with training and consistency. Will potty outside and on a pee pad. Loves to snuggle but is also ok with some crate time. Gizmo is neutered, up to date on his shots, chipped, and heart worm negative. He will need a home with rescue experience, someone willing to work with him on potty training and his puppy attitude. We will only be accepting applications who meet all of the requirements for Gizmo. Gizmo is currently in a foster home. It's time for this little man to find his new forever home, and can only go to a home with other dogs present in the home, someone who will work with him on potty training and other training like all of his doggy friends. Someone will need to love & cherish him, and have someone present in the home during the day. All of our rescues need work. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Gizmo & have read his listing fully to the end. You must be willing to go through our process of your references being checked, a phone interview & a home visit followed with a meet & greet if it's a good fit with our discretion. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Gizmo has an adoption fee of $750. __________________________ **IMPORTANT DETAILS - PLEASE READ** An application must be filled out before consideration for adoption. Please do not apply for a dog until you are ready to commit a lifetime to him/her. We are an all-volunteer 501c3 non-profit group of animal lovers. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable as we need these funds to pay our current medical bills for our dogs as well as any future dogs we rescue as well. As an adopter, you must be prepared to accept the fact that these dogs are rescues and, just like you and I, they all have their own individual personalities. In most cases, these little ones have been through a difficult journey that started when their family gave them up or they became lost. They may have been under stress, neglected or even abused in their past life or frightened by being left alone on the streets to fend for themselves. When submitting an application, Please be 100% certain that you are committed to completing the adoption process. This includes having all household members in agreement of the dog adoption and being prepared to complete the adoption once approved. We are committed to placing each dog in the very best home possible. As an all volunteer rescue we spend several hours vetting and approving each applicant and every minute spent working on applicants that are not prepared to complete the adoption takes us away from saving another dogs life.
