About Herman

Herman is a super sweet, friendly, and polite boy. He is 2 years old, 65 lb.Lab mix. He responds to basic commands and walks nicely on a leash. Herman is a super happy fellow and his tail is always wagging in spite of the fact he was in a kill shelter and picked up as a stray. This picture does not capture the beauty of this dog. He is dog and cat friendly. Herman takes treats very gently and is excellent with children of all ages. He is super affectionate and loving. To me Herman is the perfect dog who deserves a fantastic home. This is a boy who will make you and your family very happy. He has so much love to give and deserves a wonderful future. He is on the 'slow kill' HW treatment which means he received the initial protocol of Doxy/Prednisone and simply gets a monthly HW pill for a year, until he tests HW neg. There are no restrictions on his activity using this method.
