[Read About Natural Incontinence Care] We are looking after Toby for a lady who is in hospital. But she will not be able to look after him when she gets home either. We cannot keep him because we live in a small flat and have one dog already. Neither do we have a fenced in yard or even a dog door. He has been incontinent and the Vet put him on antibiotics. Since the antibiotics did not help at all he may have a urinary stone and require surgery. We cannot afford the surgery ( $700-$1700 ). He is perky, winsome, and entertaining. He needs someone who likes to romp and play with him . He also needs to be able to go outdoors in a safe environment. Is there a 'No-Kill' facility that could take him ?
