About Sassafras

Sassafras is an adorable, sweet girl who is about 6 to 9 months and weighs about 25 pounds and will more than likely be a medium dog as an adult. She gets along with other dogs, both large and small. She may be a bit shy at first when meeting her, but she warms up really quickly. She does well with all ages, children too. She seems to have nice leash manners, and loves to be outside. If you are interested in giving Sassafras a home she can call her own, let us know! We are a FORCE FREE rescue. The adoption contract you will be signing specifically states that you agree to NEVER use any aversive methods nor tools like a shock, prong or choke collar. We are never sure about breed because we do not do DNA (we make our best guess), so if that is important to you, these puppies may not be the right choice for you. Please, consider everything when making a decision to adopt a puppy. As part of your adoption package, each dog will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip, and be spayed/neutered. You will need to come back to us to complete shots, spay or neuter and training. You will receive 6 mths of HW preventative.You will receive a free bag of premium puppy food. You will also receive a free complimentary physical exam with a vet. Training is MANDATORY and will be scheduled at a later date and place.
