About Pongo

COURTESY LISTING ~~Pongo! His name says it all! Pongo is a happy, bouncy, playful boy. ) He is a Boxer Mix, two years old, 55 pounds. Pongo is learning what ) it is like to live inside as a part of a family. He has met his ) foster fur siblings through fencing and everyone seems to get along ) just fine. Pongo and his large fur sibling have had a few play ) sessions together. Pongo is a little rough and tumble. He still ) needs to learn play moderation. Pongo makes an excellent walking ) buddy and does well on a leash but needs to work on distractions. He ) is crate trained with no accidents. Pongo seems a little interested ) in squirrels, rabbits and the goats at his foster home so should most ) likely go to a home with no small animals. ) He seems to do well seeing the horses at his foster home but most ) likely would romp after them if given the chance. ) Pongo's perfect home would be one with no small animals or small ) children (he may knock them over). Another dog of his or larger size ) would probably be fine with proper introduction. Some dogs may not ) appreciate his level of play. A fenced yard is a definite.
