About Phineas

Phineas is an 8 year old shih tzu/poodle mix who is looking for a loving forever family. Phineas is as sweet as the come and will make a wonderful companion for his lucky new family. Phineas was in bad need of some dental work when he came to the rescue, and had 14 teeth extracted on top of his previous missing 8 teeth. Phineas now has a brand new toothless smile, which is just about the cutest kind of smile there is! While getting his dental the doctors x-rayed his hip and found an old fracture. The vets suspect the injury to have been from being hit by a car, or very blunt force trauma. The fracture had healed on it's own before he came to us. None of this slows him down and he is a happy, friendly boy who always greets you with a wagging tail ready for affection. He would do best in a home with older children. He is great with other small dogs, but we are unsure how he is with cats. Phineas rides well in the car, so he'll happily ride along for ice cream dates. Phineas may need house breaking in his forever home, so he will need a patient family. He weighs 10 pounds full grown. His adoption fee is $300. He is altered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. His adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance and a free vet visit. To meet him, come to our location at 1102 W.
